The International Relations journal, published by the International Relations Council of Turkey (IRCT), aims to advance scholarly discourse in the field of International Relations and associated disciplines. With its comprehensive approach, the journal fosters the development of academic perspectives and novel insights on topics including, but not limited to, international relations, political history, international law, security studies, diplomacy, and international political economy.

Open to all methodological approaches, the journal encourages submissions that bring fresh theoretical and empirical perspectives to ongoing debates in these fields. Besides research articles, International Relations also publishes book reviews to broaden its scope of knowledge dissemination.

Since converting to a fully Open Access journal in 2019, there have been no submission fees, publication fees, or page charges, making the journal accessible to a wide range of scholars and researchers worldwide.
