Abstract

Gokce's study, which he transformed into a book from his doctoral thesis written at Yildiz Technical University, focuses on two intellectual ministers, Ismail Cem and Ahmet Davutoglu, who left a deep impact on Turkish foreign policy (TFP) with their identity after the Cold War and their active foreign policy that deviated from the traditional line.
