Abstract

This book attempts to explain the relationship of the elites in the executive position of small states with the security dilemma and what the international dimension of this relationship is, rather than its personal context; it seeks answers to questions such as whether the decisions of small states are strategic, what the internal legitimacy and international statuses of executive elites are.
