BOOK REVIEW: War and Peace in Modern Societies

Abstract

This book by Prof. Dr. Cemil Oktay, who specializes in Political Science and Ottoman history and is currently the head of the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Yeditepe University, is his latest work and his first book on the subjects of war and peace. The book, which he wrote based on the notes of his ongoing PhD course on War and Peace in Modern Societies and his mutual exchanges with his PhD students, consists of five chapters.
