Abstract

John J. Measheimer, an important figure in the new (or) structural realism theory, comes before the reader with a study quite different from his previous works. The fact that the Turkish translation of the book was published even before a year passed over the English print makes this book even more important. In line with the contribution goal of the International Relations Journal to the Turkish international relations literature, the Turkish translation of the book has been mainly considered in this review.
